Let Defined TC handle the details of getting your client’s property live on the MLS—accurately, professionally, and efficiently. We ensure all necessary documentation is in place, the listing is compelling, and everything complies with MLS and brokerage standards. This service is paid at the time the property goes live on the MLS.

• Comprehensive review of the Listing Agreement for accuracy and compliance.
• Verification that all required addenda are properly completed and attached.
• Confirmation that seller disclosures are fully executed and provided as required.
• Detailed MLS data input, ensuring accuracy in every field. Please note: A fully executed Listing Agreement is required before any MLS entry begins.
• Coordination of professional property photography (or review of provided photos) and creation or proofing of the listing description.
• Setup of showing instructions to ensure a smooth scheduling process.
• Inclusion of virtual tour links in the MLS where applicable.
• Lockbox synchronization with your showing service for seamless access.

💲 200 per listing paid after input

1. As a Licensed Real Estate Agent or Broker, I acknowledge that I am the owner of my business and hold ultimate responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of all aspects of my transactions. This includes any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations that may occur, regardless of the involvement or assistance provided by Business Defined TC.
2. I agree to personally review all MLS data for any new listings and take responsibility for activating my listings as required.
3. I understand that the Transaction Coordinators at Business Defined TC may or may not be licensed Realtors and, therefore, are not authorized to engage in any negotiations on behalf of myself or my clients.
4. I confirm that I have successfully completed a minimum of three (3) transactions independently and possess a comprehensive understanding of the real estate transaction process.
5. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to stay informed of any changes in Real Estate Law as well as my Brokerage’s Policies and Procedures. I will notify Business Defined TC in writing of any pertinent updates or changes that may impact my transactions, in a timely manner.
6. For every transaction in which I request the support of Business Defined TC, I agree to complete and submit a Listing or Buyer Intake Form through the Business Defined TC website.
7. I understand that Business Defined TC’s hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Communications received outside of these hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be addressed on the next business day. Any requests for service outside of regular business hours require prior approval and may incur an additional fee.
