Services will begin within 24 hours Monday through Friday once a listing or contract is submitted. Submissions received after 3:00 PM may be processed the next business day. Weekend submissions will be addressed the next business day.

• Payment is due upon submission of listing or contract.
• Services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• A Rush Fee of $50 applies for same-day service if  availability allows.
• Communication occurs via email, Open to Close, or other designated systems.
• Submitting a listing or contract acknowledges agreement to these terms.
